"Planning underway to facilitate incarceration" What a delicious headline.

Secret Service prepares for if Trump is jailed for contempt in hush money case

The U.S. Secret Service held meetings and started planning for what to do if former President Donald Trump were to be held in contempt in his criminal hush money trial and Judge Juan Merchan opted to send him to short-term confinement, officials familiar with the situation told ABC News.

Merchan on Tuesday reserved decision on the matter after a contentious hearing. Prosecutors said at this point they are seeking a fine.

“We are not yet seeking an incarceratory penalty," assistant district attorney Chris Conroy said, "But the defendant seems to be angling for that."

Officials do not necessarily believe Merchan would put Trump in a holding cell in the courthouse but they are planning for contingencies, the officials said.

Life in Supermax in Colorado with no contact with outside world.................For all the things he is known to have done, and the multitude of things that he has done that have not been found yet........Many that are far worse than anything found so far.
Especially National Security and Intelligence documents he and Jared sold to other superpowers...........

Jared and all of Trump's Spawn should also get cells there.

A separate cell for them also, with no communication with the outside world, between each other, others institutionalized in that building, or any other human being. Absolutely no visitors, period. Absolutely no way of communicating with the outside world, computer, internet, radio, print media, radio, etc etc Just like Daddy.....

Colorado Supermax is the absolute worst form of solitary confinement for criminals who deserve having to be permanently and completely separated from all of society.

(After six months, McVeigh begged to be executed, and they obliged him by giving him his request)

the FIRST thing we have to do is to pass Bennie Thonpson's motion to remove Secret Service protection from felons. I know, he's not been convicted of any felony yet, but eventually at some level he will be, and we need that law in place before that happens.

If ABC took the story down, I wonder if that means they found out it wasn't true or something?

How about a 4 bedroom ranch surrounded by chain link fencing and barbed wire, so he knows he's incarcerated, with a separate barracks for his Secret Service detail.
Let him out to play golf on the base, but don't allow any posting on social media without the content being pre-approved by base personnel.

It is my understanding that NY law sets limits on any defendant's exposure to penalties for contempt of court. In light of the present realities the maximum penalties envisioned by the statutes are almost painfully small.

The judge should think outside the box and impose a contempt of court penalty uniquely crafted to get Trump's attention and modify his behavior for the better.

I would suggest that this judge draw his inspiration from some of his brethren that preside on the juvenile bench... They are actually used to seeing their perps act out in defiance of the law and have developed some very effective ways to get their attention.

I would suggest that *when* the judge eventually and inevitably finds DJT in contempt that he impose a sentence that was not anticipated by the statute... Perhaps he could hand Trump a blank, legal/wide ruled legal pad and instruct him to, in his own hand, write out the sentence 'I will not threaten or attempt to intimidate any jurors or witnesses involved in this trial' 3000 times. It must be in his own hand and may not be delegated. He must turn it in within the next 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the entire court sitting in silence in the court room watching as he completes his punishment. The news nets will be given a live camera feed from a single camera (no audio feed) that is trained on the pad recording every pen stroke. (no sharpies allowed!)
