and it was probably written and created with that in mind,
my opinion.

I haven't read any reviews, but now that I've seen it I'm interested
in people's pov's. Or p'sov.

If people haven't seen it yet:
1. DON'T go late at night when you're tired or you'll feel like this:

This hedgehog felt bad because America, but she just couldn't.

2. If you haven't already: brush up on the period of history
immediately after Lincoln's re-election, end of the war and
passage of the 13th Amendment, and all the key players
involved. Also might help to read the book "Team of Rivals."
Because the movie, in my opinion, is totally confusing if you
don't already know who everyone is.

Many of the performances were great, of course. My favorite
character was Tommy Lee Jones as Thaddeus Stevens. His
character kept me awake, and reminded me of Alan Grayson.

Most of all what I got from the film is that it's a complex
and painful dynamic for a President to be a practical
person, do the right thing, and accomplish crucial historical
change.

In the film Lincoln's greatest ally was Alan Grayson I mean
Thaddeus Stevens.
