CNN hush money trial on tv

They have a huge photo of trump taking up most of the screen and 2 PIPs (picture in picture) of the reporters in one little corner and the hallway of the courtroom in another PIP.

WHY? Do we need to see his face?????

Who makes these decisions?

1. Why do you call it a hush money case? It's an election interference case.

That's what is being charged. That is what is i the indictment. That is what is being addressed in court.

6. I've read the indictment. It does not charge Trump with election interference.

It charges him with falsifying business information and it is referred to as a hush money case because it was the hush money payments that were falsely reported. There is nothing wrong with that description of the case.

Here's a link to the indictment. https://manhattanda.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Donald-J.-Trump-Indictment.pdf
