Seriously. He rocks. I want to work for him when I retire.

I hope his heir isn't like what happened after Sam died.

The first guy pictured is ignored because the second POS pictured is like the people who own all the major newspapers and teevee networks. So they downplay or ignore the good people and promote shits like Trump.

- Oh yeah, and also because Capitalism is Social Cancer, and that's the way social cancers work. It eventually kills everything good.....

We were willing to let him have his zillions in exchange for having a rich clown we could point and laugh at. The knowledge nearly all of us 99% percenters are far superior to him gave us a measure of comfort.

But life has gotten so much harder for so many that a rich circus sideshow is not funny anymore. Eventually even Rupert will have to stop sending in this clown.

I know Whole Foods keeps unions out by paying their staff close to wages. The union scale that union people fought for.

So, their workers think it's just great to not have to pay union dues...

a couple of years ago he said that he didn't think it would be right for someone like him to accept more in salary than the top office in the land pays. He is right--why should any CEO make more than the POTUS.

According to documentation provided by Costco Wholesale Corporation, in fiscal year 2011 Sinegal earned $629,000 in base pay, with additional funds coming from bonuses, stock/option awards and other compensations, totaling $12,300,000.

It is a sick, sick country. Eaten up with deregulated capitalism gone wild. Wrong is right and right is wrong; good is bad and bad is good; and common sense doesn't make sense anymore. What is it that they say...that we live in the "greatest country in the world"? and "American Exceptionalism"? It's hard to understand the phenomenon of GREED, when there is so much NEED. How can it be that so many people (99%) just want the basics of life, and so few people (1%) just can't get enough and want it all for themselves? I think it might have something to do with the fact that the majority of us (99%) want to make an honest living, and the wee minority (1%) would rather (and do) make a dishonest living. I personally lionize Mr. James D. Senegal and ignore the "other".
