I'm not sure how up to date they are on the buyblue stats but they've got some links about the Kochs and Scott Walker too.

2. I know ALAMO rent a car was paying 25$ per hour to their employees.

they are paying the $25/hour to all employees. There was a major call center in the building I work in and the employees were all pretty disgruntled, even beyond the normal griping about jobs and they were certainly not making anything close to $52K/year ($25/hour full time). They closed the call center and have almost all the employees working from their own homes now.

Plus in the first year employees get full medical and dental and full time employees get paid vacation.
