Cuba has a really good health care system. Not as good as the USA's. But good.

It's because he trusts Castro's loyalty. He uses Castro's doctors, who he knows share common

I keep hearing they're about as good as it gets in the Americas outside of the US (financial aspects notwithstanding) or Canada. I don't know if that specifically is true but they're still somewhere on the regional A-list.
