Weakened unions, work at will, few employee rights, emasculated enforcement agencies, no seniority rights, low pay, few benefits, outsourcing, no pension, no safety net. etc leave a bleak future for present workers and future workers. There is little left for workers to look forward to because labor conditions will continue to rapidly deteriorate. Even though the GOP lost they will continue to degrade the conditions workers face.

The latest assault on unions is just the beginning of the assault on everything that protects labor and workers. You must understand they will not stop unless they are confronted head on and actually scared off their agenda. All you need to do is look around the people around you and your family and what they face at work. If we do not turn them back and intimidate them in some way the future is lost.
