WTF is the matter with Michigan? Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse…

***No no Wait it's not Just this....

Michigan Governor Rick Snyder said that union busting is “pro-workers! It’s a good thing! This is a positive thing for unions!”

There's this...

And now Michigan’s House has passed new version and sent it to the Senate all nice and repackaged under a different name, and they’re pushing it right on through as they are wont to do:

Michigan gun owners with extra training could carry concealed weapons in schools under a bill OK’d by a House panel Yes, guns in schools are A-OK with Michigan’s “pro-life” Republicans:

Because Republican just can’t seem to learn any lessons from the November elections, they decided to pass a bill attacking LGBTs and women. And to make double super sure that their so-called “small government” keeps their big paws off the rights of individuals, they included a “conscience objection” for health care providers who don’t want to give that care when they feel it conflicts with their religious beliefs. Never mind anyone else’s beliefs… or non-beliefs.

of the worst, imo. the voters repealed the first version & within a month the house voted in "dictator v. 2.0).

it's a full-frontal fascist assault.

I've lived in Michigan my whole life and have always been proud to be from this state. I've never wanted to live anywhere else before.

The GOP truly has gone mad! It is greed and hate that drives them.

They are blind to the ruin they cause this State of Michigan and this Country.

We need to vote them out...starting 2013...then move on to 2014!

Also: the lame-duck Repigs are doing this on their way out, the legislature will be a little less Red soon.

Also: I think a lot of people here are beaten down and apathetic. (NOT ME, GODDAM IT)

Also: right-wing media domination. All we've got is the internet and WDTW.

Why did they stay at home in 2010? I didn't. I was as disappointed with Pres. Obama but it didn't keep me from voting for him or any other Dem.

This last election was weird; we voted to re-elect the Prez but didn't come through on collective bargaining.

IT IS MY HOPE AND PREDICTION that these assholes have Woken The Sleeping Giant.

And when you have a population that doesn't critically think for themselves you get what you vote for, and that's when the traitor billionaire grifter class walks all over us. It happened in Wisconsin, it happened in Michigan, it's going to keep happening until we stop listening to this divisive garbage.
