And RICHARDSON has shown some bent for dealing with N. Korea, tact. That said, he sort of looks and acts like Aunt Bee, which is not a disqualifier for SoS.
On Edit: In looking for the pics, there was a news article from September quoting him saying that the feud with Bill CLINTON appears to be forever, I had forgotten about that when RICHARDSON picked OBAMA over Hillary in '08. Would CLINTON veto it or take it as a slap?
On 'nother Edit: To clarify, by "dealing with N. Korea" I mean seeming to be able to DE-escalate N. Korean hissyfits, not that he facilitates for them.
