I support strong regulation of guns and ammunition.

I am more afraid of "fellow americans" who carry guns out of their home for purposes other than "recreational sport" than I am of any "terrorist" who might board a plane.

With over 28,000 gun deaths a year, I believe guns should be regulated similar to automobiles, with annual registration fees, insurance requirements, and licensing standards.

I believe only law enforcement should use "concealed carry".

I see no reason for any non-military person to have a gun that shoots more than one or two rounds; I have no respect for people who bring guns into public places.

The majority of the gun owners I know have all been treated for mental illness at some point in their lives; I believe this fact alone should permanently disqualify them from gun ownership. I also believe that certain crimes showing a lack of judgment (brandishing, drunken disorderly, assault, etc.) should automatically be disqualified for gun ownership.

As per the Constitution, licensed citizens should have the right to "bear arms," but these rights should be "WELL REGULATED".

I am tired of monthly stories of families devastated by gun violence.
