32 people a day die from gun violence in America. 32.

Think about that. And we're not considered a third world country? Dozens are killed by bombs in the Arab states daily, and dozens are killed here by the millions of guns flooding our society. And what have we done? Allowed the NRA and their toadies to stymie any attempt at gun control, loophole closing, gun tracking, all of it, they've stopped it all. Because the Second Amendment trumps life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by innocents for generations killed to allow these toadies to buy as many guns of every kind at any time.


Someday that amendment will be interpreted by modern rational judges and people.


In the meantime, the number is 32.
