As a lark, here are search results for corporatist in NYT in the last year:

Nine. Almost all quoting someone or being sarcastic.

If you try for all time you hit 451.

If you don't agree, please abandon your American infrastructure supplied home and go live in the woods.

Wait, those woods are monitored by public services.

I'm afraid you'll have to get off of the planet to be Socialism free.

They could go to Somali, there's no evil government there. Of course, its plagued by poverty, famine, civil war, and local warlords, but there's socialism.

Around a quarter sounds right for right-wingers plus those influenced by RW propaganda to respond to "Obama = Socialist." The group rating socialism positively would presumably be more on the left and show little overlap. Then again, in The Land of Confusion as Virtue, who da hell knows?

He: Obama’s a socialist
Me: He isn’t even a liberal at best he is a moderate but mostly likely he is slightly right of center.
He: As a Socialist, he will set this country on the path to ruin
Me: Can you even define Socialism?

I made the mistake of quoting it to a right-wing, supposed lawyer, who called Thrugood Marshall dirty socialist. For someone who went to law school, he had a very poor grasp of basic political science.

48% oh those polled don't know what the difference is between liberal (a political alignment) and socialist (follower of an economic theory).
