Not about guns

On a happier note.

My daughter just graduated today and is now a civil engineer, just like her grandfather.

We're so proud.

She was among a group of hard working young Americans who are ready to take their place in helping us make a better future.

Congratulations to her and all others who are graduating this time of year. We look forward to your contributions.

My daughter is considering engineering as a career. She's only a freshman in high school, but LOVES math and is one of only two freshmen in her Algebra II class. I'm so proud of her, as you clearly are of your daughter!

Way to go!

My daughter was encouraged by seeing role models in that group.
