Where I live, there aren't coyotes and other predators threatening me outside my home

Where I live, people are calm, they don't worry about being attacked when they go in public.

Where I live people aren't invaded in their homes, their cars aren't hijacked, they pretty much don't lock the doors

Where I live guns aren't part of everyday life. Where I live crime isn't causing me angst every day.

Where I live no one carries guns. The yahoos wear camo to go shopping, but people snicker when they see them.

I understand if you live in a place where any of these forces are in play and a gun is necessary.

What I don't understand is why guns take over your lives and you find it necessary to spread your paranoia to me and mine.

Mourn the victims, hug your children, have a peaceful Sunday.

And there are also coyotes and rattlesnakes. Everyone who lives here open carries during certain seasons. Haven't seen much camo and I don't own any
