the "problem" and issue a report with strong suggestions for action that the senate can filibuster and the house won't even look at.

and limitations on Assault Weapons.

I believe there is a 68% chance of those laws being passed.

If they don't, more Republicans will lose seats in the next election.

Edit to add I also believe they will impose stiffer penalties against people caught carrying guns too close to schools.
