What's your opinion of Chained CPI?

It's an evil, con artist inspired gimmick used to slow screw the most vulnerable people out of their Social Security benefits.

my mother in law saw an increase of almost $12 per month.

I think she would be willing to reduce that so we can keep taxes down on those making over 250k
