It MAY even be a violation of the 4th, however, I imagine that it depends more on your state laws.

due to the MASSIVE amount of gun threads popping up all over the place. If the ad placement server thinks that this is a website dedicated to guns, then it makes sense that it would advertise gun stuff here.
