If Corporations are now considered people...

...then there should be mandatory drug testing for any corporation receiving government tax subsidies, bailout money, or any sort of assistance (in other words, WELFARE)

...then we should be able to put entire corporations on trial for crimes against humanity and the environment

They should be allowed to fail. Failing makes one stronger and behooves them to improve.

And tell them to do my taxes the normal way and then do my taxes as if I were a corporation, using every loophole out there, just to see what would be the difference, and if the corporation one was less, I would submit that because mathematically if x = y, then y = x. If corporations are people, then people are corporations.

5. Corporate persons cannot be deprived of property, unless thru due process, unlike real persons.

Unless they are magnanimous, like megaupload. They set a terrible example, by giving their wares away.

Same with civil rights.
