Woman and her little daughter leave their dog tied outside a cafe, guy comes up, unties dog and walks off with it.

Sells the dog later to a woman in a park who is suspicious, the doggie chip confirms the dog was stolen.

Little girl, dog and Mother are reunited, happy Christmas for all three of them.

Jerk is busted for stealing the dog.
