In a seemingly appropriate New Years send off aired Monday, Fox News host Eric Bolling accidentally shot himself in the torso with the cap of a confetti gun just after pledging that his program would be number one in 2013.
Heres to making my prediction a reality, Bolling said. The Five, number one in 2013. You know what? Lets do it, everybody. And of course, to our troops, whose commitment to freedom keeps us safe, sound and secure. Thank you all, good night everybody, and be careful out there tonight.
The look of pain that followed was memorable, to say the least.

(16,199 posts)It's a party prop actually called a confetti cannon and uses compressed air to launch the confetti out.

(7,867 posts)I went to the thread to watch the video. The first part of the clip is some airhead saying:
"...and they're willing to stay sober, charge your friends ten bucks, pick 'em up, drop 'em off all night long, you can make some good cash..."
I find myself hating this world more often than not nowadays...

(15,682 posts)I had to think for a moment about my gut reaction - which was how disgusted I felt about the "airhead' who said it. But who charges their friends to keep them safe? A lousy person, I guess. So, yeah. My gut reaction was correct.

Eric, in you're case maybe we should think about controlling butter knives and such.
