So many people mock women who have plastic surgery but it can be a career show stopper if you don't get it. It's like mocking 19th c women for wearing corsets or the 18th c Chinese mothers for footbinding. It's strategic for these partakers of endless male privilege to get women to be the agents of our own oppression. It's the equivalent of forcing the rape victim to say she likes it.
