I just heard the clip on MSNBC.
You can't make this shit up, folks. He's got to be the single most tone-deaf prick to come down the pike in a LONG time.

(61,695 posts)4. I believe they said last week that
he is worth about $250mil.
He's made a lot of money off the work of others.
Amerigo Vespucci
(30,885 posts)5. Yep...that's where I got it.
Bain money, investments, tax shelters. As they said on MSNBC today, his work since 2008 has basically been "preparing for a run for President." Oh, and those speaking engagements that "don't pay much" ($375,000).

(61,695 posts)6. Yeah, he says $1,000 per day income isn't much.
How out of touch can a person be? He is clueless about what real working people have to live on to get by.

What monstrous arrogance.
