(269,053 posts)I feel silly but every time they show her it makes me tear up. She's so brave. And my god she's so little! And she's gonna get through this, as tiny as she is. Strength in a small package.
Did you see her husband? He's clearly smitten with her. The whole story should give us all hope that there is good left in this world.

(102,292 posts)in saving her life. I'm sure there is a collective gasp when told she was going under 25mph. If only state legislatures throughout this country could hear this, when considering legislation to repeal helmet laws.
I think most of us think scooters are relatively safe because they are low speed (assuming a car doesn't collide with them). Your wife's story is important.
