Martin Bashir of MSNBC vs Joe Walsh (R Ill) Bashir Hits It Out Of The Ballpark

Martin Bashir of MSNBC vs Joe Walsh (R Ill) Bashir Hits It Out Of The Ballpark

by Rosalie907

I knew it was coming but Walsh didn't, Bashir asked him "Congressman Walsh, you said you don't want to put a financial burden on your children so tell me, why haven't you paid $117,000 in child support." The sweat beading up on Walsh's upper lip said it all, he stated that Bashir was making a low ball statement and that he didn't owe the money and was still in court on the matter. Bashir then stated that Walsh when in the Ill State Congress voted "yes" on a bill that if you owed $10,000 in child support you could not run for office. Again, Walsh said that he was innocent and would prove so in court.

Bashir is one of the best MSNBC interviewers and has no fear asking questions like this. We should all email him our thanks for getting in the face of teabagger Joe Walsh.

I wish MSNBC would give him another hour. He's smart, low key and provides very good info.

In 2003, Tammy Duckworth was working on a project for Rotary International to provide wheelchairs for the disabled in developing countries including Iraq. As a Captain in the National Guard, she was mobilized for Operation Iraqi Freedom and deployed in 2004.

As a Black Hawk helicopter pilot, she was one of the first women to fly combat missions in Iraq until November 12th, 2004 when her helicopter was hit by an RPG. Tammy lost both legs and part of the use of her right arm in the explosion, and was awarded the Purple Heart for her combat injuries.

During her recovery at Walter Reed, Tammy was one of the highest-ranking amputees and became an advocate for her fellow soldiers. Her leadership was recognized when she was asked to testify before Congress and recruited to run for the House of Representatives... More at...

the VFW fought against her in her election campaign in '06. Boggles the mind it does. She is one bright mind, I hope for her a long political career.

Bashir has needlessly destroyed people who truly were innocent. He's an assassin. He just assassinates everyone to prop up his "journalism" career. Sometimes he destroys someone who deserves it, like Walsh. Others, he destroys people who truly do not deserve it.

Bashir is a self-serving scumbag - another version in fact, of Breitbart. Bashir himself ought to run for Congress as a Repuke. He'd fit right in.

During the MSNBC panel with Rachael et al, and OMG he cuts like a scalpel and without raising his voice. He's like a Christopher Hitchens of the left where his mastery of the vocabulary of rebuttal is extraordinary!

makes my skin crawl every time I see him. His pompous buffoonery has no limits.

He would rather spend his money on lawyers than pay his child support. What a family man.
