Buffett does not blame Romney for his low tax rate - he blames Congress

But it is people like Romney who have bought Congress, and who have used their wealth to fill the airwaves with demands for more and more tax cuts, and also covering over the fact that most of the tax cuts go to the rich.

So Romney is more to blame than the Congresspeople he, and his kind have purchased.

he would want even more cuts for himself.

it's not like he is just standing by and not involved in politics and just doing what the law is. he could also join Buffet, Gates and other wealthy types in asking for a change.

Romney is also one of those people who lie and say being wealthy makes you a job creator and if you have to pay taxes then people wont get jobs.

http://business.time.com/2012/01/25/romneys-tax-plan-would-save-him-millions-but-not-as-much-as-gingrichs/

"Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney would save $3.4 million a year — roughly 85 times the total pre-tax income of the average American citizen — if the tax plan he advocates were enacted in the year that he is seeking to be President. In fact, Romney’s policies would not only shrink what he pays to the government, they would also boost his income, and roughly double the amount of money that he can pass along to his children when he dies."

And of course, like my Governor Brownback, Romney does not tout his plan as a way to put money into his own pocket. Oh no, no, Romney claims that his plan will bring prosperity to the whole country.

I question whether either he or Brownback really believe their own sales pitch. I don't think they do, but they know the people who get $20,000 or more in benefits will donate them $3 or $4,000 to help them sell it, and either their personal fortune or their rich corporate friends will take care of them for life.
