One of the headlines is "Majority wants abortion legal for the first time."

Well, I don't think it's the first time. However, it's nice that people are starting to wake up to what a pack of liars and scoundrels the antiabortion people are.

clerked for Rehnquist. the other that comes to mind is Ted Cruz ) He was anti roe v wade, said as much, and said it should be overturned. Regarding the 1st Amendment, he showed stunning bias in allowing bans on advertising for abortion or birth control, but otherwise refusing to hear cases 100% of the time regarding the press.
John Roberts was his boy robin so that is being repeated. He too said he wants to overturn roe v wade.
And interestingly enough currently 6 of 9 justices are catholic but only about 25% of the population are.
I did find out that 54% of Catholics voted for Obama. I think the Pope gave him a tacit approval saying he though he would bring peace. Hmmm.

Yep, so let's see....when are any of these guys supposed to retire?
