...for one thing I would bet that alcohol sales are higher now than they were during whatever year DUIs were highest.

(153 posts)2. We reduced drunk driving accidents through education, public awareness,
enforcement of existing laws, training of police officers to recognize offenders and last but not least, bringing down the wrath of God on those offenders.

we have a long way to go, especially when it comes to things like teen drinking. I know what the greater threat to my family is.

every driver is licensed and has to undergo mandatory training, and insurance is legally required for every vehicle.

If People think about their family and the consequences of DUI , then there won't be any drunk and driving accidents.
