1. McCain is losing it

Maybe he's already lost it because he's certainly not the McCain of 2000 anymore. Could be the loss in '08. He's obviously embittered and looking for public relevance at every turn, like his Benghazi attacks, and now with ambushing Hagel on the "surge". Hagel was surprised by it, probably because he thought McCain was an ally because of his praise for him in 2000 but McCain has shown lately that you never know where he's going to come down on an issue.

Wait. I take that back. McCain comes down on the side that's going to give him maximum face time in the news cycles. It's just about predictable. He's the supreme attention whore and frankly, I think he'd curl up and whiter away if there is no grandstand for him to jump upon and pontificate and show how important he is, or as some might call it, show his ass.

He graduated near the very bottom of his Annapolis class thanks to daddy too. He then went on to crash many planes trying to show off. He's a lifetime punk.

McCain is likely still pissed about that. Today, he's likely still cursing Hagel and mumbling.

Two of the more transparently partisan figures in Washington. Anyone watching them for any amount of time knows it. So why to they persist?

He has lost all of the the respect that this veteran once held for him.

How low can he go..... attacking "his friend" and decorated Vietnam combat vet Chuck Hagel.

He is the poster boy for "with friend like this you don't need enemies.

Combined with his buddy Graham I guess I should follow the old adage "don't get involved in a pissing match with a skunk.
In this case two.

Assholes!

Republicans decide "right" and "wrong" not on the merit of an action, but on the political affiliation of the person performing the action.

It would be great if we could organize a large national movement for every citizen to mail McCain a single pacifier.

It would be a beautiful message imo.
