How did I miss this? Liberal MP Trudeau pounds Conservative Senator- Literally

Last edited Fri Feb 8, 2013, 09:46 AM - Edit history (2)

This happened 10 months ago but it's just such a riot. The asshole conservative commentator was 100% sure that the Conservative would beat Trudeau to a pulp in this charity boxing match. In fact, the odds greatly favored the conservative senator, Brazeau. It's a TKO in the 3rd for Trudeau.

This may not be new but it sure is fun.

Go to the 10 minute mark to watch Trudeau easily finish off Brazeau.

Canadian Senate is more symbolic than anything. They're not like the US Senate. Senators are appointed, rather than elected, and don't do much more than rubber stamp whatever happens in Parliament. They're more of an advisory body than a legislative one.

Still, this makes Harper look bad, which is good enough for me.
