is why Democrats cannot turn this into a winning issue in rural areas. Maybe Braley can explore it in his Senate run. I lived in a small rural Iowa town for two years, and the post office was an essential part of the community. Many people do not realize that the post office delivers both UPS and Fed Ex packages, and would Fed Ex gear up and offer that service if the post office was not there?
