Karl Rove but the hollow shell of the man he once was

The "genius" the "architect" "Bush's Brain" is now, on the heels of his election night humiliation, relegated to boasting that he is winning a race that isn't even happening for nearly 2 years by running attack ads against someone who isn't even a candidtate.

Karl Rove is officially a loser.

He was riding high during the Bush years, now he's just like the rest of them: dead politically. He deserves his fate, in fact he deserves much worse than he's had so far.

I think one of the biggest things that did him in was the advent of social media ant its influences on politics. Young people simply do not follow on the six o' clock news commercials to decide whom to vote on in election time.

P.S. Hello Arley Staircase....

and yes i think the world of communications passed him by. rove was once on the cutting edge of that world, but to put that in perspective, he is credited with being one of the first to properly exploit direct mail advertising to its potential - that is the world he comes from.

and also yes, anybody who was carrying a briefcase bragging about his love of Richard Nixon while in Middle School has always been a loser.

the Tea-Party/Gun Fanatic/Fundy Religious Right crowd, has turned like a Frankenstein monster on its creation, and they are reviling him non-stop for calling for the GOP to moderate even just a little bit. Very fitting Karma.

running ads against a non-candidate in a non-election year and then acting like you are actually accomplishing something? super-self-humiliting.

Deep down even Karl knows he looks pathetic. But what can he do?
