Anyone remember the Move On situation in Philadelphia?

When the police dropped some sort of 'flash bang' device on the Move On headquarters and it caused a fire. This is just flashing me back to the risk of this sort of intervention. But I'm not second guessing. Just remembering.

Move On formed in 1998 to protest the Clinton impeachment.

The MOVE bomb was in 1985, and as bad as MOVE was, they were not nearly as dangerous as this thug here today.

I should know better than to depend on them!

I had already left Philly by the time it happened, so my memories were vague, except for the explosion. And, no, they were not NEARLY as dangerous, that's for sure. I used to see them around town, while I lived there. A little intimidating, but that was all.

A police helicopter then dropped a four-pound bomb made of C-4 plastic explosive and Tovex, a dynamite substitute, onto the roof of the house to clear the bunker so that police would not be injured.
