Why the hell didn't they put the water bottle closer to Rubio

Not that I really care, but what made the whole thing so utterly laughable was how far off camera he had to reach. Why didn't he make sure the water was right next to him, so he could simply pick up the water bottle, take a sip, and put it back down, without losing the pace of his speech.

I liked how he got his eyes right back to the camera and held them there as much as possible while doing the reach and the gulp from the mini bottle, too funny!!
