CNN reporting Dorner not dead, not in cabin in headline.

So is he dead and buried in the cabin, or is he on the loose? CNN is having problems. LAPD is saying no body was found. Cnn says no body in breaking news headline, and that he is dead on the page that links to.
Mistake?

I am sure that there is a dead body inside the cabin, after all the police followed him into the cabin, and they said earlier that nobody left the cabin. I am sure that when they go inside the cabin, they will find a burned body, but as to whether that is the body of Dorner, who knows.

Someone in that cabin was laying down some serious fire.

Cabin goes ablaze and there is a singular shot/report from the cabin.

I seriously doubt that there will be any entrance until tomorrow.

Wed Feb 13, 2013, 02:07 AM

unfolded was in a rural part of San Bernardino County, seventy miles from LA and not in the LAPD's jurisdiction but the San Bernardino Sheriff's jurisdiction. I'm sure LAPD is getting reports but they are not part of the action. The SB Sheriffs are being fairly mum about what is happening. They say they pulled out a body and then there are reports they didn't. They did issue a plea with the media to stop reporting, blogging and twittering about because the information they are putting out isn't accurate at this point.
