Rubio was the next best thing for Republicans and he flopped for a second time in front of a large audience - first was GOP convention.

I don't think it's a 'brilliant media manipulation'. All the guy did was repeat the usual RW talking points, sweat, and glug water. In other words, they got nothin'.
