Why is our president putting up with this filibuster and sequester BS when he has 10 whole days starting today to put his cabinet in place the Rebublicans can kiss it...

without The House resolution agreement then The Senate can not go into an 'official recess' - and The Senate holds 'pro-forma sessions' every three days (which last only a few minutes), even though the majority of folks have left D.C. and have gone home.
This is how the republicans have been preventing Pres Obama from making any recess appointments
