The attack began at 9:42PM Benghazi time.
17 minutes later a photo-drone was re-routed to Benghazi and would take an hour to get there.
25 minutes after the office is notified in Washington.
Shortly after that it's about 10:15PM Benghazi time which is 4:15PM in Washington DC Panetta is notified.
Ambassador cannot be reached.
Three response units are created and given orders to leave Europe --
one for insurgents, one for hostages, one for local insurgents.
They do this in 45 minutes along with going over to the White House.
5:00PM in Washington DC is a previously scheduled meeting with Obama, Panetta and defense department that just happens to be near perfect timing. 5PM should be 11PM Benghazi time, or just about when that drone should be arriving. The teams are on their way.
