(67,111 posts)forgotten about it. It's sooo cool I thought DU would enjoy it ... each time I see it, it just blows my mind. Places like this really intrigue me, sort of hidden away, and they are gems!!!

(237 posts)It's really amazing - there's more to it even than these photos show, but the cathedral is probably the single most remarkable thing. You go down into it by stairs, many many stairs, and rocket back up in a cool little elevator. There's a cafeteria down there that's "The Deepest Restaurant in Europe," or maybe it was the world. Anyway, great place to have a piwo (beer) or two.

(8,462 posts)Very cool in person, photos kind of lose the detail because of lighting. There are other chapels but some are being closed off because of safety.
Everyone should visit!
