And apparently some states are hellbent on playing games with their voting process to try to exclude people from participating in a supposed democratic process.

(22,144 posts)There are few laws that could not be improved with some tuning/modernizing. However, that is no reason to toss them out entirely which seems to be one option the court is considering.

(14,040 posts)where we can expect people of color to be allowed to vote without laws in place to protect them. Even with those current laws in place, people of color had a difficult time voting.
