Jodi Arias jury - what question would you ask

Last edited Fri Mar 1, 2013, 02:54 PM - Edit history (1)

if you were in the jury box? Arizona is one of the states that allows the jurors to submit questions.

I am sorry for not providing a link so that readers could learn more about Jodi. As I said down thread I erred in thinking that since because I live in Phoenix and am bombarded with this story I thought other would know of her. Dateline will be doing a story on the trial tonight.

Since she is guilty, I'd ask when did she make the decision to spend the rest of her life in jail.

29 times, cut his throat from ear to ear and at the end shot him in the face. That is all. What a sweet heart. If you want a look just tune into Nancy Grace or Dr Drew at night and you will get what happened in court that day.

everything. But I think while he was in the shower now she had him pose for picture and got him in a vulnerable position. She stabbed in the back and all over his body. He some how was able to back her up and get out of the shower. In the hallway I think is where she cut his throat. Then got his body back into the shower and shot him in the face. I mean how many damn ways can you kill someone? She is downright crazy. You can get on Dr Drew.com website and it has a picture of her and some of the clips. You should hear the stuff coming out of her nasty mouth. She was trying to make Travis look like a pervert but there is nothing in his computer or closets or any of the rooms in his house that he was a pervert.

he died. I kept looking at her and I kept wondering how in the world could she do this. But the prosecutor is getting her. She pre planned this, my goodness she is an evil woman. To think after she killed him she made two cellphone calls to him. They were perky and the topper was she sent flowers to the grandmother who raised him. The girl is evil, just plan evil.

To give it the same gravity as a tsunami or hurricane, is ridiculous.

It's just another brand of the bs that is the pseudo news of the US infotainment industry.

Personally, I'd just as soon watch manure being spread on fresh snow.

She's an inveterate liar and I don't believe that it was self defense. Having watched most of the trial, I think she's deserving of lots and lots of prison time.

That said, I'd hang the jury before I'd vote for the DP.

It's sickening to watch the TruTV, HLN crew nearly having orgasms over the thought of putting a needle in her arm.

The ability to ask questions is not open ended, nor would it allow a question like that. In any case, you'd be immediately removed from the jury, since, unlike the million and one Internet commentators, the jury members are not supposed to form an opinion until the case goes to them.

You'd also likely cause a mistrial, which would be exactly what you deserved for such a dumb question.

Good thing that one, I am not on the jury, and two - the questions are written then submitted for the judge to see and not asked by individuals jurors.

Thank you for helping me learn more about trial procedures. Have a good weekend.

if they object to a particular on, the judge decides if it stays in. They don't just let all the questions in court. Also, the defendant (or whichever witness for either side is being asked the questions) have the right to read the questions before they are read in court. That is the procedure as far as I see it on internet live stream.
