Paul Ryan "Not Serious" - Morning Joe. . !?
His next budget, if it includes some tax revenue from loop-hole closure MIGHT be considered "serious" by Washington.
This was between Gene Robinson & Joe, who agreed with him. That these budgets tht do nothing but whack away at Democratic programs aren't "serious"...
I do believe this is the very first time I have heard Ryan characterized as "not serious" by a beltway baby. Usually that appellation is reserved for Democrats trying to work for the majority of Americans.
And this is on FISCAL issues.. RYAN.!
