Article: Some Seniors display the class and morals of 1960s hippies

Entertaining, or say what?

By Suzanne Eovaldi, staff writer

Disgusting debasement of America’s moral and Christian standards is reaching an all-time high as reports surface that senior citizens are increasingly falling victim to various sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), especially Herpes, sex warts virus, Chlamydia, Syphilis and Gonorrhea. The idiot left wingers of the 60?s Baby Boomer generation, now reaching what once was called the Golden Years, are making America and themselves laughing stocks with foolish, unseemly conduct bordering on sexual perversion. . .

. . . If I can’t find some nice man who values me for what I am, not for what I put out, then I’ll just stay at home. Seeing white hair, bald domes, canes, and oversized Hobo purses struggling up to a cheap pizza place induces my cringe factor, big time. When an Indiana man told me he went to the doctor to get those “blue pills,” I suggested to him he could go blind, too! If aging women cannot find better ways to contribute to mankind, what can we expect from our male counterparts?

Well, can't do much about that bald dome, and don't frequent any "cheap pizza place&quot ?), but I kinda like them little blue pills, and am certainly not through making a contribution to mankind. Looking forward to rock and roll forever. You better find somebody to love.

I crave approval. Not proud of it, but I think of DU as an island. Maybe Pitcairn, maybe Mackinac, maybe Alcatraz. Who knows?

I was 18 in '68, long hair, Hendrix and Miles Davis playing. No "love fests" for me, instead a long relationship with one woman.
We had organic gardens. The hippie days were great.

I guess she thinks you're not supposed to care after a certain age. I might get flamed for this but what a bitch!

so I can sort of agree with her. I am 74 and have not wanted to date anyone since my late 50s. I had some wild times in the 1960s and '70s, and fortunately never contracted any STDs.

Maybe they haven't turned into hippies but never stopped being hippies.

Some of us are 60's hippies. That does not mean we are screwing our heads off. For the most part our morals and values are waaay above those of tptb.
