I understand that the use of drones is a serious issue, and no one would want them used irresponsibly. And I welcome debate about these issues.

But seriously, there are some people that have to act like the President is going to have drones flying around everywhere, picking off people in their gardens. I just find the hyperbole to be out of place when discussing such critical matters. Decisions need to be made about these problems, and distortion complicates the decision making process.
