GOP/Ryan New Healthcare Plan Once Obamacare Is Repealed.

The dirt is in the details and I can see the plan now.

The ideal GOP/Ryan Plan - Repeal Obamacare. Then -

1. Repeal or devolve Medicaid to the states as a voluntary program.
2. Turn over uninsured to nonprofit or church run health care clinics.
3. Remove restrictions on insurance companies in Obamacare.
a. Allow denial for preexisting conditions.
b. Allow dropping of coverage.
c. Allow insurance to cap spending on illness.
d. Allow drug companies to charge whatever they want.
e. Make paying for contraceptive services or abortion illegal.
f. Allow different premiums for sex, age and illness
4. Turn Medicare into a voucher program for all future and present recipients.
5. End employer provided health care coverage and tax credits for premiums.
6. Open up the market to buy insurance across state lines or out of country.
7. Create a voucher system for the populace to buy insurance.
8. End group coverage and convert to individual policies (owned by the insured).
9. Allow for tax credits for Health Savings Accounts.

Such will be the NEW IMPROVED health care system ala GOP.

of the supporters they have with the senior citizens on social security. I pray Obama doesn't give the damn store away. If he does I will be very very disappointed in him. We must save social security not just for us senior but all the future generations. They must find a way.

deferred. At age 65 you can withdraw the money with no penalty for non-healthcare use, just pay income tax on it. It's a great deal.

have an employer who pays for health care where an HSA is an option. Low wage workers do not have HSA's much less health insurance. My wife had one and it works if you are a high paid employee. Otherwise on sickness will wipe a person out.

Chances of having an HSA by the time a person is old enough cash it is pretty low. I have a horse with a broken leg you can bet on.

income which is a good thing. If I have to use it then I have to use it. I haven't had to spend anything out of it for the past two years.
