Do not underestimate him. His arguments are subtle and generally very good.

Hint: Scalia and Ginsberg are the smarter pair. These are generally cases with no particular political implications.

I have this feeling they could go the right way. It'd be very difficult to argue that equal protection applies to race but not to sex/gender. We'll see.

The right to marry is both absolute and universal. Their case law was neither colonial nor revolutionary. It was based on their close friends to the North: us. Our jurisprudence is clear, and they followed it. Accept nothing less.
