Georgia student assaulted by 37-year-old mime

A college student in Georgia was randomly attacked Wednesday by a 37-year-old African-American woman dressed as a mime, according to a police report provided to Raw Story and first spotted by The Athens Banner-Herald.

The assault was stopped by a passer-by who chased the assailant down, the police report explains. It’s not clear why the assailant, Stephanie C. Walker, was wearing all black clothing and white face paint.

The victim, just 20 years old, told officers that she was walking to class at the University of Georgia when the woman suddenly appeared, yelling accusations that she had watched her on television.

When the victim tried to explain that she does not own a television, the report says Walker responded by punching her several times on the back of her head, then grabbing her ponytail and throwing her to the ground.
