We the People Petition: Award Aaron Swartz a posthumous Citizens Medal

Last Friday I got the email from the White House about nominating someone for the Citizens Award. My pick was Aaron Swartz. If you don't understand the request I've laid out my reasoning a bit here http://www.thatsswell.ca/we-the-people-petition-give-aaron-swartz-a-citizens-medal/.

Otherwise please consider signing the petition. If the President decides not to give a Citizens Award to Swartz I would, very much, like for him to explain why.
