Canadians own 500,000 homes in Florida and are fueling a boom. (CBC News).

They are getting homes at rock bottom prices. That is what happens when one country and a bubble (which always burst) and another country does not.

Canada's per capita personal wealth also surpassed that of the average American Citizen in 2012.

When your banking is captured by the elite it is a very bad thing. Our government didn't allow it in the 90s and 2000s. We went for stability over profits.

Florida has catered to the "snowbirds" for years..Oddly enough, a lot of them get it for tax purposes, that way, their home is protected under the Florida bankruptcy rules.

And teach the Floridians about proper national health care so we can get some movement on that.

Most of the Canucks that come down here are hard core, Stephen harper loving, French-hating Conservatives who grouse about how bad their healthcare is, and how we should keep the hispanic in line lest they become like their Quebecois.

I live next to I-95. For as long as I remember on trips with my parents and my family on I-95, I often see a ton of Ontario plates. Alot of them also tow pop-up campers and they seem to drive very fast. I think most of the ones I've seen are in the fast lane. LOL.

So it makes sense Florida is where they are going since I see most heading on I-95 South driving very fast.

The Canadian housing market has become little more than a vehicle for international money laundering where anonymous foreign investors inject hundreds of millions of dollars into the housing market every year and have driven the price of home ownership in even mid-sized Canadian cities into the stratosphere while leaving empty houses and shoddily constructed empty potemkin condo buildings that begin to fall apart in days in not weeks after completion.

And while Canada really doesn't have the subprime issues we did, they sure have their share of morons living the high life on HELOC's.

I live in Arizona where the Canadians are taking over! They bought our water company, and our rates are doubling. They buy our homes for nothing, and brag about it. They mock us and call us stupid. Americans better open their eyes and find out who the real threat is.
