Second victim identified...she was only 29...

A second victim of Monday's bombings at the Boston Marathon was identified Tuesday as Krystle Campbell, a 29-year-old Massachusetts woman, NBC News has confirmed.

Campbell's father, William Campbell, told NBC News early Tuesday afternoon that his daughter, who was originally from Medford, Mass., died as a result of the explosions Monday afternoon.

In a separate interview with Yahoo News, William Campbell said his daughter was waiting at the finish line for a friend, who was running the race.

"My daughter was the most lovable girl," he said. "She helped everybody, and I'm just so shocked right now. We're just devastated."
