Helium?

The House is scheduled to vote, later this week, on selling surplus helium. Can hardly wait to see how the Republicans connect that to abortion . . .

inhale helium, then waddle around like a duck, saying (in Donald Duck voice) "I'm a baby killer."

I probably shouldn't give them any good ideas.

before you can buy helium. After all, there's no telling how a terrorist could make use of an inert substance.
